   I ordered this cover and was so excited to get it in the mail, however when I did I was very disappointed. The cover a) didn’t even fit my phone b) wouldn’t snap all the way shut c) wasn’t even the same cover as pictured d) was very cheap looking. Because of all these issues I contacted the seller and spoke with Zach, the Customer Service Manager. He was NOT helpful at all; he had me send him a picture of the cover I received and then wouldn’t admit it was a different cover than the one pictured. He also told me it was my fault that I though their product was cheap (believe me anyone would), and NEVER addressed the fact that it didn’t even fit my phone. I asked to speak to his supervisor to which he said he WOULD NOT bother his supervisor with such petty concerns. I guess this company doesn’t care when their customers are very unhappy. I will NEVER order from them again and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
